A large ensemble instigation for Palestine.

For the last two years, SOUND THE ALARM has worked to break the silence and censorship of the establishment in regards the genocide in Gaza. In the proud tradition of Charlie Haden’s Liberation Music Orchestra, and Alex Schlippenbach’s Globe Unity Orchestra, SOUND THE ALARM brings together the city’s most expressive and committed improvisers, composers and jazz musicians in a sonic protest and call for piece.  \

After the global recognition of their debut self titled album on Relative Pitch records out of New York City, this 20 piece ensemble returns with a studio album of intimate emotional storytelling to be released on July 3rd, the 1000th day of the genocide.

“Save Me Last” (Alma, from under the rubble) is a three part tribute to the resilience and spirit of Palestinians, and those who would stand by their side through the unrelenting horror of our time.
