Accessibility

Parking: There is limited street parking available on City Road, outside the venue. Secure parking is available in Broadway Shopping Centre (500 metres distance from venue)

Wheelchair access: First level is wheelchair accessible via side ramp entry. 2nd entry is accessible via being assisted getting up the stairs if patron is comfortable is allowing the security guards to help them do so. Rooftop is non-wheelchair accessible.

Stairs: 2-4 stairs to ground level, 20 – 30 stairs to second level (performance space)

Toilets: Gendered but can be made non-gendered with signs if requested.

Hearing Loop: There is no hearing loop available.

Lighting: Mid light

Food & Beverage options: Comprehensive food, non-alcoholic and alcoholic drink options

Age restrictions: 18+ only

Assistance Animals & Companion Cards: Yes, absolutely
We prefer if you inform our Box Office of your requirements when booking so that appropriate seating can be made available.

Please provide proof of accreditation when you arrive at the venue.

Public Transport: There is a bus stop 20 metres from the venue entrance. From Central Stations Railway Square, you can catch the $23, 426, 428 and 430.
