The music “casts a spell all its own… astonishing power and convulsive impact…”

– Sydney Morning Herald ★★★★½

Led by acclaimed Persian-Australian tar player and composer, Hamed Sadeghi, Eishan Ensemble draws on contemporary and classical music traditions of both East and West.

‘Afternoon Tea at Six’ composed by Hamed Sadeghi is a new work from the quintet, that’ll transport you through Persian Classical Music and Western Jazz, in an intimate 70-minute concert.

“The music is complex, multi-faceted, and polyrhythmic, yet the delivery is so easy and relaxed, so it’s never a difficult listen.” – Nick Hudson, The Progressive Aspect

This performance will be an experience that is truly stand alone.
